At Luxe Pop Events, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every order.

All deliveries must be scheduled in advance. A minimum of 2 days’ notice is required for all orders, subject to availability. We recommend booking earlier for weekends, special occasions, and peak periods to secure your preferred delivery date and time window.

We work with trusted premium delivery partners to ensure your balloon bouquets arrive safely and in perfect condition. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may vary depending on location, traffic, weather conditions, and delivery availability.

Delivery Fees

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and order size and will be displayed at checkout.

Urgent & Expedited Deliveries

Need your order sooner? Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance with the subject line “Urgent Delivery Request” and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability. Additional charges may apply.
