Website Use
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or incorrect order information.
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Product Information
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, colours, and images displayed on our website are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in colours, styling, finishes, and balloon sizes may occur due to lighting, screen displays, stock availability, and the handcrafted nature of our products.
Balloon Care & Weather Disclaimer
Our helium balloon bouquets are delicate products and should be handled with care. Exposure to heat, direct sunlight, sharp objects, wind, or sudden temperature changes may affect balloon quality and float time.
Please note that helium expands in warm temperatures, which may cause balloons to pop or deflate. Luxe Pop Events is not responsible for balloon damage, deflation, or changes in appearance once the order has been delivered.
For best results, balloons should be stored indoors in a cool environment and handled carefully at all times.
Delivery Policy
We currently service selected Sydney metropolitan areas. Delivery fees and availability vary depending on location and order size.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order during the selected delivery window.
If no one is available to accept the delivery, Luxe Pop Events will not be responsible for failed delivery, product damage, or replacement costs. Due to the fragile and perishable nature of our products, refunds, replacements, or complimentary redelivery will not be provided and a new order may be required.
Once delivery has been completed to the nominated address, responsibility for the products transfers to the customer.
While we aim to deliver on time, delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or third-party delivery providers may occasionally occur.
Cancellations & Changes
Due to the customised and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
Order cancellations or changes must be requested at least 4 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Requests made after this period may not be accommodated.
Intellectual Property
All website content, product images, branding, logos, designs, graphics, and written content remain the property of Luxe Pop Events and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Third-Party Services & Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, or external services. Luxe Pop Events is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services or websites.
Limitation of Liability
